Community Garden

Come volunteer at the Rose Park Community Garden. The garden is located at 881 North Cornell(1550 West) and is surrounded by a 4 foot fence. Volunteers meet every Saturday at 8:00 am.

Neighborhood Cleanup Program

Cleanup Pile Instructions
Place piles street side no sooner than ten days before your cleanup date. Failure to follow these instructions is a violation of city and county ordinance.
Do not block traffic, fire hydrants, or sidewalks. Keep piles away from light pole, mailboxes, and trees.
Pile size one dump truck load of material per household (approximately 20 ft. long x 5 ft wide x 5ft high
Separate green waste material such as small branches, thornless shrubs, lawn and other organic plant material from your other cleanup pile.
Report Illegal Dumping by calling 313-6641 or 535-6999. Document license plate number, color, and make of vehicle.
